This is something that has been bothering me for a while. I am constantly annoyed when users on this site say that if you make a comment that is rude or simply disagreeing with them, they will mark your comment as spam.
Spam is not flaming. Spam is when you post the same or a similar message over and over, whether on the same page or many pages. THAT is spam. Stop abusing the system and making more work for the admins!
If you don't like a comment someone made, you can simply HIDE it. Don't mark a comment as spam just because you're butthurt. Only do so when someone is actually spamming, like sending chain letters around or something.
